VirtuSphere for Virtual Reality Games at GDC

In the early nineties, we all thought that will carry video games of 2010, and glasses would be a toy gun. We were wrong with the Virtual Boy, and we never found a way to put a player during a game, while he was still on the playground.

Better late than never, VirtuSphere is to make our dreams city_trips life. As you can see, the VirtuSphere the ball over the death of The Simpsons Movie, and allows a player somewhat freely in any direction for the game they want to move on.

There's a video after the jump, and you can see that it takes a team to get a player in this giant metal stationary hamster ball. For me it just seems unstable. I think getting used to, but a player in the vid did not even travel again. The game he plays does not look very good, though. Could they not put up for Metroid Prime or Tomb Raider?

The video was taken at the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco, and how you thought it would be very expensive to get it on your own. It would cost approximately $ 55,000.00, and you'd need to use much space. Not to mention, in order to block a team to you, I suppose.

I have heard that there will be at the Excalibur in Las Vegas. Maybe I'll check it out at CES next year.
