Venturi Buckeye Bullet 300 hours miles breaks speed record for hydrogen

I have always loved the cars that are designed more like rockets, to do more than just a look see, go really, really, really fast.

This is one of the last of these high-speed vehicles, such as the Venturi Buckeye Bullet known. It was built by engineering students at the center of Ohio State University for Automotive Research.

It also runs on hydrogen, and has now reached an average speed of 307.7 hours miles to two points on the Bonneville Salt Flats, 24 August passed.

I must admit I've never been to Salt Flats, but if the picture is how they look, like a frozen sea looks like. I love how the Venturi Buckeye Bullet much like a shark in the middle of the icy waters.

How will this car, “for a better view, is about 36 meters long and 1.5 cm above the ground. The battery of the Buckeye Bullet V 2.5 Venturi is able to identify the” current output of 600 kW . The package would use 1600 cells.

I think the speed record for this particular vehicle is the fastest for all hydrogen vehicles. I have heard that it was the real 700 land speed record for miles per hour, with a non-hydrogen vehicle.
