Every time I at conferences such as CES, I return with a stack of business cards. There will be a matter of getting used to all my contact information into the computer, usually entered by hand.

You can imagine how long that lasts. However, I had the opportunity to try the CardScan Personal, and found that it saves time high.

Of course this was not a simple “plug and play like Adesso Browser Cat. No, I knew from the beginning that she was a bit lengthy software downloads and would be there. Finally, he gave the order for me to connect to my computer via USB.

When he asked the first scan, I just typed one of my cards at random. She searched in seconds, and I had my contact information in digital form.

Certainly, it was not perfect, as the company's partnership name as the company itself. I thought it could be something like this country, but it is easy to check and correct them.

The hardest thing is to find out, how to synchronize the card reader contacts with Outlook. It turned out that this is not so difficult.

If you have a similar problem with your business cards are stacked, then I suggest that the low-cost alternative to the CardScan Personal, DYMO another fine product that you buy here.
