Artificial foot recorded kinetic energy during walking

It's pretty amazing what they can do with a prosthesis of our day, but these mechanical arms and legs tend to be a bit like the man goes to pull.

To make these parts in accordance with the prosthesis more people to lead people from the University of Michigan and the University of Delft in the Netherlands and new experiences. These researchers are bound to an artificial foot, that the kinetic energy that can create one yourself by setting up recycling.

This is the basic idea: the mouth mimics the “push” nature-off the ankle of man, then uses “a microprocessor to control the camera and the power to capture the normally discharged through the leg.” Studies are underway with the experimental mouth, so that “energy-recycling push-off ankle again in the normal and reduced rate net metabolic energy to 14 percent.”

I was told that this implant requires a small battery to operate, and it takes less than one watt of electricity. Of course, if you mobilize the kinetic energy of the march, it is because we do not charge set up so that will be walking and running the battery?

Of course, I do not really know much about this technology to bear such a thing. Finally, it is still the technology concept. So, if it is possible to recharge the battery while walking, I'm sure they consider us then that one out.
