Airships could be self-sustaining our future

After several inquiries about the invention of the zeppelin, and I was always disappointed that we not end up living in a time when airships in our sky like giant birds.

It seems that this idea of altitude reconnaissance and surveillance platform, called ISIS (Integrated Sensor Structure) was able to announce at this time.

Yes, the airship is designed to tackle certain areas or at least the mouse over them (about six miles above). It is completely autonomous, since they can collect solar energy to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. This is then used to power fuel cells, and I assume that the water is drawn from the atmosphere. How else could it be self-sustaining?

Oh hey, did I mention that it is fully automated? Apparently he can anywhere in 10 days. Consequently, I can do you do, but I want a world to see where this self-directed sustainable populate the sky like huge cities. Hey, why not?

Believe it or not, but I've heard that the first such airships would take off in 2014. This year seems a little premature if you ask me, but I want one of these things flying over my head in my life seen.
