Virtual Mirror for Augmented Reality Cosmetics

We saw many interesting technologies that begins with the mirror, as the Magic Mirror Interactive. This system uses two mirrors called EZFace and augmented reality technology.

EZFace is IBM's technology. In other words, allows EZFace customers to see what the make-up looks like, without even trying.

It starts when a customer found a picture in a virtual mirror that looks like nothing more than an ordinary webcam. The customer can then analyze the bar code of the specific make-up such as mascara, eye shadow and. The program takes into account the color of the user's eyes, skin, and lighting to get an idea what the product may even have placed on the face.

No longer with samplers in front of a mirror. Admittedly, this probably is the best way to see if the makeup really works, and I do not know which type of error from this program a. After all, the program could better cosmetic appearance than in reality. The proof, as they say, is in the pudding.

However, it is a step in the right direction for digital metamorphosis. EZFace currently working on extending this idea to the hair. So, now you can see what style looks like before it's on your head in the coming months.
